Mods got his name 'cos he's had quite a few modifications over the years, including a pens extension (might be a typo there😉) and a snufflechaffer mod that now enables his hips to achieve light speed when he's on the job. He's a massive City fan (he even got himself painted blue) and likes sherbet dibdabs and snorting WF69 (a bit like WD40 but with extra lubricant).
